[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

Hello EA Support Team,

​I am writing to report a bug regarding the Weekly Quests in FC Mobile which is preventing me from claiming 200 Rank up tokens and it has to only 3 to expire.

​The quest "Festive Fixtures Weekly Challenge" which requires me to "Join a Weekend Challenge" is not progressing. I have already joined and participated Weekend Challenges, but the quest progress remains at.

I completed the weekly quest but it does not register.please solve the problem as soon as possible.

This issue has taken far too long to resolve and shouldn't have occurred because the server system hasn't been updated since FCM was made available for download

Interfering and asking for help is considered impolite

massomnoor554​ Known issue, already raised with the dev team and acknowledged on the FCM official Discord channel in the bugs section. You need to wait for the official comms and a potential fix for week 3 and week 4. There was no comment from EA about the fix either. They just released a goodwill pack to all players, ensuring people did not miss out on the rewards in week 2.

Please search for problems/faults before posting yet another thread about a known issue (basic forum etiquette). Then follow the main thread (it's pinned, so it's hard to miss).

Also, when everyone creates their own posts about the same problem, it isn't helping anyone. In fact, it stops players with other issues from getting help/advice. So move the conversation where it should be.

The problem is exists this week also.
