[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

Yea happend to me to i can't logging still, i lost my 112 ovr account because of it i hope it get fixed.

Hey EA last week the weekend challenge quest was glitched and we didnt get the rewards , previously we were given compensation as rewards ( 30 shards + 300 rank up tokens ) but none was provided this time ; so please EA i only need a few shards to claim a 115 player so please give the compensation. 

So are EA just ignoring the fact it was glitched last week and they didn't fix it or compensate us?

This week the weekend challenge bug has been resolved but the previous week rewards are still pending. EA has not yet given the compensation of previous week weekend challenge.
