[Known issue] Weekly Quest Bug - Weekend Challenge Not Registering

So I finished all but 1 of my festive weekly quests, all that was left was that I beat the weekend challenge. 
So I spent 15 minutes playing it and beat the games on my first go, but my weekly challenge stays unchecked and I miss out on 200 rank up tokens which I NEED. And then I complain to the ea helpline (in the game) and they kept refusing to help me and sent me to the forums. Didn’t even ask me about what happened or why and then moved on?

yes I reinstalled the game to see if it’s visually bugging (it’s not, they scammed me 🥀)

is anyone else seeing this problem and seeing the help staff being lazy???

So i tried doing the weekend challege I made it i got the player but i didnt show anything?

I finished the weekend challenge but it did not count to the actual quest.

I think it is bug that I already finished join a weekly festive challenge but it's not unlock weekly quests. Please help me to fix it.

Same here. Weekend challenge completed and rewards claimed but it didn't count in quests

Same here. Seems like a bug. Hope not all EA employees are on holiday so they can fix it
