League tournament bug after friendly match

Dear EA Sports Team,

I’m facing a repeating issue in the league tournament mode. After completing a friendly match, when I start a tournament game, it loads for about 2 minutes, then instantly ends with a 0-0 result — no gameplay, no stats. 

This isn’t the first time; it has now happened twice, and both times I lost my tournament progress because of it. Please fix this problem urgently and review affected matches for possible restoration or compensation.
