Loading Problem Can’t Play The Game

I can’t enter the game tried all the things but it just keep loading i tried all the things i can’t play right now it just loading loading nothing else can’t play

    Hey gu0zkb4a923z​.  Could you briefly share which troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried? For example, have you tried clearing the cache, freeing up some space on your device, or switching from Wi-Fi to a mobile connection type?

    Additionally, let us know at which stage the problem occurs.

    i can’t login, always stuck on loading screen from yesterday but if i login with guest account i can login, please fix this problem as soon as possible
