Log in problem

I am writing to report a login issue on my Samsung A36. I have two accounts: one through Google Play and another through Facebook. Initially, the screen would freeze and glitch whenever I tried to select the Facebook option. To try and fix this, I reinstalled the game. However, now I am no longer presented with the usual account selection options at all, and it only allows me to 'Play as Guest'.

​I want to connect to my Facebook account without losing my existing progress. Please help me resolve this and restore my ability to log in with Facebook.

    After installing the game on your A36, are you sure you selected the correct date of birth? Sometimes this can limit available login options. 

    Please also try these steps here:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile.
    2. Sign out of the Facebook app, then sign back in with the Facebook account linked to your FC Mobile progress.
    3. On the phone, go to Settings > Apps > FC Mobile > Storage, then choose Clear cache. 
    4. Restart the phone.
    5. Try again on a different connection, for example switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or the other way around.
    6. When reopening the game, do not link or overwrite the Guest account. If you are asked to choose between a new Guest profile and your previously linked account, choose the previously linked Facebook account.
    7. If the Facebook login screen opens but freezes/glitches again, force-close FC Mobile once and relaunch it, then check whether the Facebook account loads.

    Yes I can access my account it's work perfectly but I want to play in my main phone a36. Also I use everything to try to sign in with my Facebook or ea account. But it doesn't work 😕 or it give me a massage continue as a guest

    Hey, are you able to try logging in from another device to see if you can access your account with your Facebook profile? Could you also try signing out of the Facebook app and then signing back in before trying again?
