Login problem

I have a very specific problem. I want to log in my e mail acc but it always shows failed to send code but when they do send a verification code it doesn’t arrive in my e mail box . When i tried it with my other acc it is working fine but that e mail is causing me trouble

if you cannot log into your account and the code is not turning up in inbox, please first check that it's not accidentally landing in your spam or any other folder in your inbox.

If you still cannot find the code, please contact EA Support, so they can help you regain access to your EA account.
