Lost my player
Hello EA Support,
I want to clarify that the player was received as a Compensation reward.
I did NOT use the player in exchange, rank up, or training.
I played matches with the player after receiving him.
After a small update, the player disappeared automatically from my account.
This is not a user mistake. This appears to be a bug or sync issue.
Please check my account logs and restore my player.
