Michael Olise Card Status Issue: Change from Tradeable to Untradeable

Subject: Issue with Michael Olise card status - Tradeable to Untradeable

Hello EA Support Team, I am writing to report an issue regarding my Michael Olise player card. This card was previously Tradeable, but it has suddenly changed to Untradeable status. I have not used it in any Exchange or Rank-up that would cause this. Please investigate this matter and restore the card's tradeability.

You sure you didn't activate it in the badge section. If you haven't owned that card before then in the badge section it should be dimmed & if it's lit up then you might have activated it.
