Missing Content: Star Pass Purchase Not Delivered

Hello, I purchased the Star Pass for $9.99 on March 26, 2026, through the App Store, but the content has not been credited to my account. My in-game Star Pass status still shows as "Purchase" (locked).

 

I have attached the official Apple receipt and screenshots of my in-game shop as proof. Please credit the Star Pass to my account.
 My uid 

User id removed for safety reasons.

    • your device model
    • your OS version
    • whether your device is set to English or another language
