Grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) - check out the heading 'iTunes and App Store' for in-game purchases.

I purchased a 6-year FC points package from FC Mobile and paid 49.99 TL for it. Although the amount has been deducted from my bank account, I request that the game points that were visually added be returned to my account, or if that is not possible, a refund of my money.
