My 100th draft got reset without any packs and players over 116

I opened my 100th draft voucher and the game froze, it got stuck blank screen, I restarted the game and there were no packs for me to recieve, I didn't even get any players in my inventory, no 116 or 117s, my draft count got reset too, what shall I do
