My 7.5k Gems Vanished

I opened my game played the frosty challenge did all quests then reached somewhat like 8k Gems but when I went to store to open my 7.5k Limited Bundle Pro Pack the game froze for a second and my 7.5k Gems was also wasted and I didn't even get any player from 111-115 Pack. Please EA refund my gems.

  • I bought a player pack from store for 7500 gems and supricesly I got nothing all gems are gone.WHAT KIND OF BUG IS IT??

    Raise a ticket with helpdesk via the in-game menu stating, missing content. I'd wait 24 hours first, though, sometimes the game does go out of sync.

    I'm sorry, we can't help with those cases on the EA Forums. If you're missing content you've paid for, and you've waited 24 hours for the gems to come through, please get in touch with the EA Help Support team asap. 

    Here's what you need to do:

    1. Grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) - check out the heading 'iTunes and App Store' for Google Play purchases.
    2. Follow these steps to open a support team for help with FC Mobile cases.
