My Account hade deleted

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you because I lost access to one of my FC Mobile accounts, and I need your help to recover it.

Lost Account Details:

• Username: 3rc
• OVR: 121
• Level: 55
• Last login: March 16, 2026 (between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM)

Account Linking:

• Previously linked to EA account: [edit: email address removed]
• Not linked to Google or any other platform

What Happened: I have two accounts that I use on two different devices:

• First account (supermaryo, OVR 121) on LG V60, linked to: [edit: email address removed]
• Second account (3rc, OVR 121) on Samsung S20, linked to: [edit: email address removed]

I usually switch between the accounts by logging out and logging in through EA accounts.

On March 16, 2026, while trying to access my second account (3rc), something unexpected happened:

• The second account disappeared completely
• The first account (supermaryo) became linked to both email addresses
• The second account is no longer accessible and appears to have lost its link

Device Information:

• Samsung Galaxy S20 (used for the lost account)
• LG V60 (used for the first account)

Location:

• Yemen

I believe my account (3rc) still exists but has lost its connection due to a linking issue.

Please help me restore access to my account.
