My account has banned

My account has banned i want to help ea

  • Hi Mohamedfifamobil​

    You'll need to reach our to our Terms of Service team for help with bans and suspensions. They can take a look into this for you if you send in a ban appeal. Here's how to contact them:

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    • Open the webform
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Select Submit.
    • Then select Email us.

     

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.

    I'm sorry about this. I'm not sure why the ban is still in place, and I wish I could look into this for you, but we can't investigate ban appeals through the EA forums. You will need to send in an appeal to our Terms of Service team using the steps I shared above. 

    “Upon reviewing my sanction history, I found that no entries appear in the record.”

    If there is no Penailty History appearing, please use the webform instead: 

    • Open the webform
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Select Submit.
    • Then select Email us.

    My account has been suspended for a week. 

    “Upon reviewing my sanction history, I found that no entries appear in the record.”
