I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled.My FIFA Mobile account has been suspended for several days without a clear timeline or resolution. Despite following all instructions and waiting patiently, I have received no meaningful update—only requests to wait.Because of this poor experience and lack of transparency, I have deleted the game permanently and I am no longer interested in recovering or using this account.I believe this situation could have been handled in a much more professional and respectful way toward players’ time and effort.Please consider this message as an expression of my dissatisfaction with your support process.No further action is required from my side.

I know I hacked by mistake I know it's my mistake it says me that your account has been banned will reset after few hours but how many hours it has been almost 2 days still not resetted I want my account this is the first time I hacked by mistake and I can't get my account back pls I need it it took me 2 yrs to build a good team pls
لقد تم حظر حسابي منذ يومين لاكنهم لم يرلو لي في البريد الالكتوني وانا لا اعرف سبب الظر ولا اعرف كم مدته او هل هو حظر دائم
I also did the same mistake hacking the first time but it took 168 hours(7 days) to be unsuspended. So wait for 5 more days
