My account was automatically banned

Hello,

My FC Mobile account was unlinked from my EA account automatically.

 

I have attached a screenshot of my team (OVR 120).

Also, I recently obtained Nuno Mendes, but I do not have a screenshot for it.

 

Account details:

 

- Team OVR: 120

- Formation: 4-3-3

- Key players: Haaland, Vinicius Jr, Maldini, Courtois

 

Please help me restore and relink my account.

    I'm sorry, we can't look into bans through the EA Forums. Our Terms of Service team could take a look into this for you, though. To reach them, you'll need to send in a ban appeal using the steps below:

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    1. Open the webform
    2. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    3. Select Submit.
    4. Then select Email us.

     

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
