My ads aren't showing

Hello ea support team 

Unfortunately after the new update I had to delete my fc mobile date because it couldn't update and now after I've updated it the game doesn't load ads for me and I really need them for daily gems  packs and daily tasks 

Please fix this bug for me and thank you
