My game doesn't load
I've try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but whenever I sign in with my account, the game freezeses on the loading page after the data download.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that your game isn't opening. To help narrow down the cause, could you please let us know:
- Are you able to open and play the game using a different account on the same device?
- Approximately how much free storage space is available on your device? Could you try freeing up some additional space and then launch the game again?
- Does the game only freeze after you sign in with your main account, or does it also happen if you stay signed out?
same issue, ipad A16 iOS 25, uninstalled and reinstalled and removed and readied through storage have plenty of storage but no other devices to play on

If your game still freezes, try the following steps and let us know how that goes:
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If you're on Wi-Fi, restart your router. If you're using a VPN, proxy, Private Relay, or DNS filtering service, temporarily disable it and try again.
- Restart your device by turning it off completely, waiting about 20 seconds, and then turning it back on before launching the game again.
- Make sure your device is running the latest supported OS version, and its not still in BETA test version.
- Reset your network settings:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings - General - Transfer or Reset -Reset - Reset Network Settings.
