I won 50 shards when I flipped a tile, but it did not appear in my inventory. I carried over 600 shards from the Netherlands chapter and when I visit the gallery my inventory still shows 600. Can I please get the 50 shards I won?
Been ignored for nearly three weeks now over a lousy 50 shards. Why would I ever give this company my money when they can’t be trusted to acknowledge a basic bug?
What does it take to get a little customer service? It’s been over a week and a half since I first reported this bug and I can’t seem to get any acknowledgment. By my reckoning, 50 shards is equivalent to about $4 based on the current $$$->FC Point->shard exchange rate, so it’s not as though this bug is nothing. To be clear, I don’t want money, I just want the shards I won fair and square.
The cost to EA to make a situation like this right is almost nothing and the good faith it buys is immeasurable. Conversely, the ill will (and lack of faith) it engenders when EA fails to address basic bugs that materially harm users is equally immeasurable. Because we read each other’s posts in here and we talk in our leagues and nobody talks louder or more frequently than customers who’ve been wronged by a multi-million dollar company. Do the right thing and fix this!
It’s been a week and I’d really appreciate some acknowledgment and compensation for this glitch.
Can someone please acknowledge this bug/issue? The rewards for this event are already poor, but to lose out on shards I won fair and square is a bitter pill. Please don’t just blow me off. This is an easy fix. 50 shards is nothing to a multi-million dollar company, but fairness and customer service is everything to a user.
Still looking for some justice here. Got totally shafted on my very first tile flip. The 50 shard prize popped up, but never accrued to my inventory, so I wound up with nada. Can someone at EA do the right thing and just credit with the prize I earned.
