Ping is kiling fun of the game

FC Mobile Is Becoming Extremely Frustrating Due to Terrible Connection Issues

Dear EA Sports,

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with FC Mobile. The connection problems in this game are making ranked matches unfair and ruining the entire experience.

for example During a Division Rivals match, I was fighting for promotion to Legendary I. My ping was terrible for almost the entire match, and in the 89th minute, when I was about to take a shot and equalize the score to 2-2, my ping suddenly jumped to 999 ms. I lost my chance to equalize because of the connection issues.

I spent time and effort trying to rank up, only to have a crucial moment ruined by lag. After the match, my opponent sent mocking manager emojis and a thumbs-down, making the experience even more frustrating.

This is not how a competitive football game should work. Players should be able to compete fairly without constantly worrying about connection problems ruining their chances of winning.

I am tired of these issues. Please improve the game's connection stability, fix the lag problems in online matches, and take ranked gameplay seriously. Players deserve a fair and enjoyable experience, especially when they are fighting for important promotions.

Please stop letting connection problems ruin matches and players' progress. We deserve better than this.

Regards,

A frustrated FC Mobile player

Hi there. I am so sorry this happened. While we are constantly passing feedback to the dev team about server stability, sudden ping spikes are often caused by brief drops in your Wi-Fi or cellular signal.

To help prevent this from happening, try these quick steps:

    1. Try swapping between Wi-Fi and Mobile Data to see which one gives you a more stable connection.
    2. If your router supports it, connect to the 5GHz network instead of 2.4GHz.
    3. Turn your phone's Airplane mode on for 10 seconds, then off again to refresh your signal.
    4. Also, try unplugging your home router for 30 seconds to reset it.
    5. Close all background apps while playing, and clear your FC Mobile app cache in your phone's settings.
