Player Exchange tab in FC Mobile is completely empty

Hello EA Support, my Player Exchange tab in FC Mobile is completely empty, so I cannot access the 120 OVR Kobel exchange. I already restarted the game, cleared the app cache, and checked that the game is updated, but the issue is still happening. Other players are reporting the same problem. Please investigate and fix the issue before the exchange expires. Thank you.
