Players feel slow and defenders are not tracking back properly

My players are too slow and I am 125 ovr and when they loose ball they don't fall back instant they walk in the field ...like they forget they are playing...my defense is worse they follow each other, also sprint its weak and they trained 30 all of them but ei they run like they are 2year old kids..EA fix my players really annoying
