Purchase issue

My fc mobile account was temporary suspended, but a had an offer that I like added to cart if that's a thing and then bought the offer from Google playstore games discover place and then got a email confirming the purchase was successfully with the slip. Its been 2 days since my account got unsuspended and I didn't get anything in the mail or automatically after logging in. I would really like to get help with this or atleast get a refund.
