Purchasing failed

cannot make any purchases in FC Mobile.

When I try to buy something, I get "Purchase Failed" and the Google Play payment window does not appear at all.

Purchases work in other apps, so Google Play is functioning correctly.

It looks like my game account cannot trigger Google Play Billing.

Please check for a stuck or blocked purchase state and reset my billing/purchase status.
