Rank up is gone

Question

I have bought 18 mascherano to update my player. After I spend 10 to rank up at level 5, my player stayed at rank 4 and macheranos had been gone.

The second thing happened yesterday - after I transferred training to other player, first one training has gone but second one didn't change.

It seems that latest upgrade has produced all this since it didn't happen never before and I play for years now.

I hope I will get mascheranos back since I paid 12€ for them?

hi. it may be possible you spent your mascheranos on another player without noticing, or maybe smth else? i remember there was this bug where after i used mascherano it would disappear and i was confused. dw, after FC 26 update your rank up won't disappear (unless EA nerfs you)
