The new fc mobile web store won't let me claim the Cole palmer or 3000 gems and mascherano because apparently my uid is underage how do I fix this

- @3l5cc3ax0ofl Contact customer service in game and provide evidence you're not underage. They should be able to fix it.

Hey Everyone, I wanted to confirm if anyone was still running into issues with the Daily Reward?
yes how do you fix it and will players get compensated for this its afree reward that we were ecouraged to claim and its a game targted at teens
Yes it says I am underage even though my birthday is 1984
Its happening to me to. I am born 1977

- @itmfnks8gr60 You most likely just skipped entering in your birthday it it defaults to the most recent date in the list - contact customer service via the in game settings menu and confirm your actual age with them

how to provide proof like do i send them citizenship id or smth ??
