Hi there xtfixuiplpzu Sorry you ran into this. If you are playing on Android, please try the following steps to rule out any technical issues:
- Fully close FC Mobile
- Restart your phone
- Try one match on Wi-Fi and one on mobile data
- Force stop FC Mobile and clear the app cache
- If it still happens, clear app storage and sign in again
- Make sure you have enough of free storage
If the issue continues after that, reinstall the app, but only after confirming your account is linked so your progress is safe.
