Stuc/Freeze during Connecting to match server

Hey EA FC MOBILE DEVELOPERS please FIX YOUR MATCH SERVERS. Because of your terrible servers, we are LOSING STARS WITHOUT EVEN PLAYING THE MATCH.

In Head to Head mode, after reaching FC Champion, 3 out of 5 times the game gets stuck on “Connecting to match server” even though my internet and device is perfectly fine. The match does not even start, and STILL YOU REDUCE MY STARS. This is completely unfair and extremely frustrating.

It is already very hard to push rank, and because of your broken servers, we keep losing stars without even playing. And in the 2 matches where I somehow manage to enter, whenever I start attacking with the ball, suddenly the game shows network problem and my opponent gets free advantage.

So basically, whether I play or not, I KEEP LOSING STARS because of your bad servers.

You are already ruining events and making them pay-to-win in favor of P2W players and against F2P players, and now your broken match servers are also destroying rank push. We can’t even play a normal Head to Head match properly because it keeps getting stuck on “Connecting to match server”.

Fix your match servers first. Losing stars without even playing is unacceptable. I have been playing this game from the past 1400+ days but this time it's the Worst experience ever.
