Stuck at loading screen during match making

I keep getting stuck at the loading screen during match making this effect my result. This happen with me 2-3 times in a day and I don't have any network issues.

    Same thing with me. In all modes; vs attack, h2h.

    Tried everything but nothing works.

    Hi there, and thanks for reporting this issue. Does it happen in any specific game mode for you?  Please try these steps before starting another H2H/Division Rivals session and see if that helps:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile, not just minimize it.
    2. Clear the FC Mobile app cache from your device settings.
    3. Restart your phone.
    4. Make sure you have at least 2–5 GB free storage.
    5. Reopen the game and try one match.
    6. If it happens after multiple matches in a row, close and reopen the app between H2H matches as a temporary workaround.
