Subject: Missing Content – Players Vanished from Inventory

 

Hi EA Support,

​I am reporting two missing player items that have vanished from my club without being sold, exchanged, or used for training. I have already restarted my device and cleared my cache, but the players are still missing.

Player Details:

  • Player 1: Essien 116 ovr
  • Player 2: Owen 115 ovr rank 3 

Approximate Time of Disappearance: [Insert Date and Time]

Troubleshooting already performed: * Checked all active and secondary lineups.

  • ​Verified they were not accidentally listed on the Market.
  • ​Confirmed they were not used in recent Exchanges.

​Please investigate my account logs to locate these items and restore them to my inventory.
