The game is crushing

I first noticed when playing my league turns. Both turns crushed and I have not attempted to try the last turn. 
same thing is happening in Vs/head-head etc. I can’t click on settings as it says: I must check the internet connection or free some space. I have internet and am sure the space is way too big. Was my account hacked or it’s EA?

    Hey there, sorry to hear about the trouble with that error. Please try the following steps and see if that helps: 

    1. Do not uninstall the game yet if your account is still a Guest account, as this could risk losing your progress.
    2. Force-close FC Mobile and restart your device.
    3. Turn Airplane mode on and off.
    4. Test the game on both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
    5. Make sure you have at least 2–5 GB of free storage available.
    6. Check that both FC Mobile and your device’s OS/software are fully up to date.

    If the issue continues:

    • On Android, clear the app cache.
    • On iPhone/iPad, offload the app.

    Only try a full reinstall if your account is already linked to EA, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
