To Bug diamonds

Some days ago I have 20000+ diamonds but today I open and see that 890 diamonds..what happening ea..I am about to left the game .. sorry ...and why my basic chances is too much higher while I playing vs attack in the division rivals .. please fixed it because I want to crack fc champion.. otherwise you don't fixed my great chance greater than the opponent in vs attack I will quit the game..
