Dear EA Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to report an issue I experienced in EA FC Mobile. I recently purchased and opened a 4,000 Gems Tradable Pack, which clearly stated that the contents would be tradable. However, after opening the pack, I received an untradable card instead.
This seems to be a technical error or glitch, as I specifically purchased the pack expecting tradable rewards. I would appreciate it if you could please review my account and correct this issue by either:
1. Replacing the untradable card with its tradable version, or
2. Refunding the fc coins that was supposed to get after selling the card
