Unable To Claim Ragnarok Before Dawn Rewards

I am having trouble claiming my rewards in the quest section of FC Mobile. After completing all quests in the 'Ragnarok Before Dawn' section today, I did not receive the stadium and a basic pack. I have attached a screenshot of the error. Please fix this as soon as possible!

Same issue with my acc, not able to claim last reward and same screen appeard cannot get other quests rewards even if the game send notofication.

Prezados,
Estou enfrentando o mesmo problema, a tela de missão quando iniciou o evento Estrela Raiz, o campo de missão, simplesmente ficou em branco.
Como se eu tivesse completado todas as missões, porem as missoes nem apareceram. Achei estranho pois a cada inicio de evento, sempre tem as missoes, só que esse evento nao teve.

انا اكملت جميع المهام منذ اسبوع واكثر ولم استرد ال20000 الف مجوهره الي في المهام ولم استرد باقي الهدايا

Помогите мне тоже с этой проблемой 🤷🏻‍♂️? уже месяц не работают квесты, так же приходит оповещение что они проходятся а в разделе пустота и одна кнопка принять без каких либо результатов
