Unable to make purchases from webstore
I am unable to make purchases from https://store.fcm.ea.com/tr-tr/rewards despite being of legal age. Please help me with this.

I am having an issue with the FC Mobile Web Store.
Although I am over 18 years old and my date of birth is correctly registered on my EA account, I am being flagged as an underage user and therefore cannot make any purchases on the Web Store.
Could you please check my account and remove the age restriction if possible?
