Hopefully, this issue is now fixed for everyone, but please check the game and let me know in the comments if you experience any further trouble with Primetime rewards.
Update: Compensation has also been granted to all players affected by this issue.

I completed Matchday in UEFA Primetime and reached the reward milestones, but I cannot claim my rewards.
I tried restarting the game and playing extra matches, but it still doesn’t work.
The event is ending soon. Please help recover my missing rewards.

Omg…… do you even realise the event disappeared at reset? All affected players have lost these rewards and faced a choice of cashing in their tokens on an inferiority player or losing them entirely…….
The primetime event has already been removed, which means we can't get the rewards
