Weak fc mobile

I have lost 11000 gems without getting my players. I opened one 7,500 card and nothing to show for it and also 3000 gems and nothing. I didn’t get my players. Pls someone else. I needy gems back at least. And I have played the league and one is missing. It saying I played them all. Then where is my 3nd one. I score 9 goals on the last one. This game sucks and starting to **bleep** me off. And support is no help. SMH
