I had the Dutch player (Djong). I leveled him up to the maximum, and now when I log into the game, he's gone!
I didn't sell him or anything like that. Is there any explanation for this problem? Or is it a glitch in the game?
2 reasons I can think of, you accidentally used him in training or sharded him using auto-fill.
You could raise a ticket with EA Help via the in-game menu stating missing in-game content, and they will be able to check the logs and verify what happened. It's a common occurrence if you do not filter when training/converting players for shards.
Not something forums can help with.
