Could you give these steps a try:
- Reboot: turn the phone off, wait 20 seconds, then turn it on.
- Free up space (keep 2–5 GB free for updates and apps).
- Force stop and reopen the app.
- Check for pending updates: Update all apps in the Play Store/App Store
- Clear cache: Settings → Apps → [App] → Storage & cache → Clear cache.
- Clear storage if the app keeps failing (you may need to sign in again).
- Uninstall and reinstall the app (make sure your account is linked first/you have your User ID saved offline)
