It was like there were two options to choose from but I pick the first one which caused my account to be deleted please help me

@prizelol007 yes, unfortunately the system of switching between accounts has limited to no safeguards, so erroneous account deletions do occur.Some possible solutions (albeit limited),1) the account you lost was backed up via Facebook, Game Center or such. In this case, just repeat the selection process and breathe a sigh of relief. If2) the account was not backed up (I.e. guest account), the account is lost, for now. Hopefully you noted down your account number. It’s available in settings, top row, UID. With that you can contact customer service. Once you explain the situation to them, produce maybe a purchase receipt or two and are persistent, polite and patient, EA will eventually return your account or at least equivalent value of what was lost to a new account. If,3) you don’t know the account number, then account retrieval will likely be impossible. The best you can hope for then is return of equivalent value ( this happened to me in season 2 of fifa mobile).Hope this helps, good luck.

@prizelol007 That’s unfortunate. I am assuming my option 3 applies in your case. Before you embark on the customer service journey think about if what you lost is worth the hassle (like super high ovr team >97 or significant purchases lost). If yes, give it a shot, but it may take 2-3 months. If no, this season is built for casuals and you likely catch up within a few weeks. TOTY will provide ample opportunities to rebuild a new account.Season 2 (fifa mobile 2017/18) was very different. It was all gameplay grind based and you lost significant ground. I had to redo all the challenges and there were A LOT, and some were hard. No autoplay like nowadays. I was pissed off as hell but it turned out to be the best time I have had in the game. @LeeHayle55 not sure why you think I’m talking to you like you were stupid - I have offered you advice on what you can do and how you might be able to get back into your account - sorry if it came across in any other way.Support is mostly terrible - you have people trying to be across multitudes of games without knowing the intricacies of each one - sometimes you snag one that had actually played the game, for for the most part they have not and just have a list in front of them where they give generic responses … hence providing an explanation of your options, which I (a volunteer) have from actually playing the game, and having recently switched devices … so yeah, sorry if you couldn’t see that I was just trying to help.

Won't do any good. I had the same thing happen to me. I contacted support, told them what happened, gave them my UID. They said it would take 24 hours. That was 3 days ago.

@LeeHayle55 If you have chosen to overwrite your linked account then there is probably little they can do … if you just chose to use the new guest account rather than the linked account then deleting the app and reinstalling will give you the chance to link again and choose your saved account.

If you were never linked then you can’t recover your account as it was saved only locally on the device (unless you still have the old device and can link the account on that device)

It was linked to Play Games. I installed the app, entered my birth year and month, selected play games and it had me start as a new player. Reported the info as stated above. Still, nothing. EA support is full of it. Maybe my problem is that I haven't spent enough money to receive full support.

@LeeHayle55 Money got nothing to do with it - when you logged it in with play games it should have given you the option to either select your existing saved team or start with the new 50 OVR (ish) one that you were provided when first starting … if you selected the 50 OVR option at that point there is probably not much support can do.

If you look in settings does it show that your game is linked, because if not, you may be able to reinstall and have a crack at reinstating the old one
