  • The theme of the game has really gone away lately. When I play, I feel like there is a strong streaming of the game with frozzen big latency lot of mistake , the input seems to have dropped to 60-70%, the rest is artificial intelligence, I practically don't feel like they can change the rotation if I get into a worse situation or I just have to watch or wait for the end of the match. It's unbelievable who is the player and my opponent is the artificial intelligence that is left, which is now doing sprints, making moves, dismounting and running elements, it makes me wonder what the guarantee is that this is not present in the few battles when we play, the increase in input is increasingly likely. It causes a lot of frustration, I don't even feel like playing, the AI is so strong, the goalkeepers always don't defend well, the defenders play by themselves, they look lazy to the opponent, it's like the user input drops to 60-70%, this is too much, I've never encountered anything like this, that when you move the analog stick in a game, the character doesn't listen to the user's input...

  • The game has been poor for quite a while now because EA spends all its time putting out cards and devising new and elaborate ruses to extract money from users (Exhibit A: draft vouchers and their crappy odds; Exhibit B: Shards 2.0 with the ludicrous cost of meta cards). In the process, EA has not invested NEARLY enough in updating the game engine. Instead, they keep tinkering around the edges and, as we saw with this latest update, they just make matters worse.

The game has never been sludgier and less fun to play than it is right now. It’s astonishing how heavy everything feels and the problem is that we can have no reason to expect it to change. With EA about to be taken over by private equity it seems obsessed with squeezing more revenue from users and it appears to have totally lost sight of actually producing a fun, realistic football game.

yes unfortunately there are huge problems with the games now maybe the new players are the ones who are starting out with the AI, but I don't think this is correct and feasible. for example a 113 mbappe maxed out at 118 and sprints easily with his weak stats My Tots gabriel can still run down and hit the ball. The game now behaves incomprehensibly as I change the players they come 5 meters ahead especially my defenders leaving the defense there and the goalkeepers don't work well now either it's hard to see the ball rolling in...

  • Okay, it looks like we have a pattern here. 1-0 losses and 1-1 draws... that happens all the time in my game. My defenders push up way too much, and that’s not even their usual style. My forwards are always out of position, slow, and disorganized. It’s no coincidence.
