Daily Tasks Draft Voucher

I seem to remember getting 10 shards as a reward each day for completing the Activities/Daily Tasks? Top rated players were normally available from around the 1,000 shard mark.

Why not give players a Draft Voucher for completing the Activities/Daily Tasks? 

Also, you used to get shards on the Gold Keeper arcade game (can't remember whether you did on the Mow Money one). Maybe only 2 or 3 shards at a time but they added up over a few weekends during an event. Surely it wouldn't hurt to throw one Draft Voucher in over each weekend?
