Fraudulent Intentions

I was collecting shards of nation story since the first chapter which was Japan. And when Portugal got introduced I ended up having 1500 nation story shards. As it showed in nation story that it will end in more than 200+ days so I kept my shards for the right time to use. It was my effort of quite a few months. Those who know how much effort it takes to collect shards they know. But suddenly I realised that my shards are gone aş the new nation story is introduced of USA and they have different kind of shards with Roman 2 written on it (||)

JUST NOT THIS the store is still selling Japan shards (the same shards I lost) in the store !! Why?? Are you saying that you people can’t return those shards to me because they are of no use but can sell on the store? Which clearly states the fraudulent intentions of tempting users to buy something which can not be used in the game.

I raised a complaint with customer service and requested to help but they are of completely no use. They just simply replied that they can’t return my shards back and can’t even replace it with the new kind of shards where in it was clearly written in the nation story that it will end in 200+ days and I kept my shards for the right time to use.

You must return or replace those shards. Either this a complete mess up in your system or clear intentions of cheating with the users as you are still selling those shards on the store

I am attaching the screenshots of conversation with customer service and the screenshot of shards you are selling on store which you claim can not be used anymore and I can’t get them back or replaced.

Your system doesn’t allow me to attach more than 10 attachments so I added the few pictures of chat and the shards you are still selling which you claim can’t be returned back in the form of nation story Roman 2. (||) and/or can be used in the game in any form.
