Incorrect Chances at Division Rivals

Hey EA Sports... With respect, I'd like to know since when do players with 118-119 ovr have better chances than me in Division Rivals (VSA)? I faced an opponent who had 119 ovr and he gave him 7 grate changes and only 2 to me, even though we had the same ovr. And now he faced me with 118 ovr, I only had 2 grate changes and 4 basic changes and he had 3 grate changes and no basic changes.
