Matchmaking issue the previous one fixed is a lie

“After the recent event reset, my division was reset from [division] to World Class. Since then, matchmaking consistently pairs me with FC Champion–level opponents, which does not align with World Class matchmaking rules. This appears to be a ranking or matchmaking bug. I am requesting investigation and compensation.”.... sir you said you fixed the problem so I tested by making low ovr team and they still pair me with 115+ I want an opponent that have same ovr and same game skill not former fc champion&nbsp;

Some screenshots would be nice. We need to see what division they are actually in, etc.

Keep in mind that the first week after the season reset is always the worst for the lower-tier players, as the majority of the upper tier does end up in the same pool in Legendary. All that is needed for higher OVR players is a few bad games against harder opponents in Legendary, and they end up in World Class for a few games. But I have not been matched with people outside of the division/tier they were currently allocated to, so technically, until these players get promoted, they will be in the pool you could be matched up with as per design. Some feedback on matchmaking has been provided in the past months.
