Ragnarok players cannot be traded for shards!!!!

I have nearly 10 Ragnarok players and I wanted to use them in shard exchange, but I encountered a player not found error. Please do what is necessary

Just open Ragnarok pack, got a lot of cards but they were unable to be exchaged to shards, what is goin on?

Can only exchange tradable players, not sure if it's a bug or if it's on purpose
