Ragnarok players cannot be traded for shards!!!!

I have nearly 10 Ragnarok players and I wanted to use them in shard exchange, but I encountered a player not found error. Please do what is necessary

When i pack a player it doesnt show up in the exchange system to exchange for shards EA i am a f2p player and i need every bit of shards please help me.
