Ragnarok players cannot be traded for shards!!!!

I have nearly 10 Ragnarok players and I wanted to use them in shard exchange, but I encountered a player not found error. Please do what is necessary

Hi ea please update there is a error player not showing in shard exchange in Rgk event and also my acc watch ads and Web offer are not working please update the game
