I'm slightly confused and really don't understand what the point is🙄😳
Why exactly should you complete the 60 skill games in the event every day if only 100 challenge progress points can be exchanged and used?🤔
Since the challenge progress counter of this event is also reset every day?🤷🏻♂️Thanks in advance for enlightening me😇
- @Konterman In weeks 2 and 3 there will be more UTOTY requirements that players will need more content available to get the requisite points/matches/criteria etc.
Not everyone will be able to compete challenge mode etc, so it is there to provide suffice content to keep people busy (should they choose) and to meet the weekly requirements.
Lots of people are also asking for harder matches and skill games, so it provides a way to play them and practice without penalising those who might not be as good at completing them. The 8 hour reset they obviously decided to change with 3 user defined resets per day
Everything could be as you write it, but then the double points at the weekend don't really make sense🤷🏻♂️
I'll just briefly calculate the effort per day if someone wants to play through these skill games every day🧐🫣
6 skill games x 20=120x3 refresh=360 skill games per day x about 1 minute effort (on average) gives 360 minutes per day or better 6 hours to complete these skill games😱🤪Sorry, but this is only for retired or unemployed people without a family🤓😂
- @Konterman and that’s why you don’t have to play them - you only need to play 5 to get your 100 points (or 200 points as the case may be)
Would you prefer that you needed to play for two or three hours to get the basic event points? - @mendozzamagic You know nobody would play that much for nothing. On the other side, there would definitely be players that wolud play that much if there was a reward for the grind.
@mendozzamagic looking forward to the additional content. Tbf it’s not all bad. I appreciate the option to choose between skill games and matches. Yesterday, I didn’t feel like completing more ai matches after completing both toty challenge modes. As for the grind, I’m with @Konterman. Completing 100s of matches needs to be worth it. If you could obtain utoty tokens in the vein of the icon tokens for Jairzinho, folks might be tempted. I doubt anyone would play that much for no or minimal rewards.
Man this game has become so boring. The biggest event and it takes a few mins to complete. I really have no idea what the higher ups of this game are thinking with this season. Even if it’s to make money, you would think they would want to make the game fun and more engaging. That would in my opinion make people want to spend more money and watch more of the ads. I play the 2 pve matches in toty’s to get the 100 tickets then close the app.
@HippoRyder3454 whoever makes the decisions has been convinced that most money is coming in through casual players and that opening packs is more enticing than gameplay. The World Cup has probably not helped matters as it brought in a bunch of new players. Is that sustainable? Doubtful, but who knows?
Two things have changed from the better seasons. 1) No base content (seasons or rivals + tournaments) to provide a long term grind for decent rewards and to add content for between events and to play at your own time. 2) Events are now modeled after TOTS, with similar event design and the same players from the most popular teams in all events. Events are too long and the gameplay requirements are too easy. That tends to make for a fairly monotonous experience.Hello to all,
Does anyone know why it doesn't count here?
If I get 3 energy per day then that's 21 energy in a week and if I play the normal PvE game that's 21 wins per week!
Why does it only count up to 15?
Is it that no more than 15 wins per week are possible?
Hope for enlightenment🙏🏼😇@Konterman only 15wins per week are counted for the icon upgrade. For additional wins you only gain trophies to exchange for packs. You can also save your remaining energy for next week, it’s supposed to carry over.
If I had known this beforehand, I would have risked a few more VSA games😂
But okay, now I know for the long 4 weeks ahead of us🙄
